I first encountered psychology while preparing for a career as an English language teacher at Pannon University. Here I learned about Jung's psychological views, which have been close to me ever since.
In an emotionally charged situation, I found the RED method, which effectively helped me process my blockages through the development of EQ emotional intelligence. I took myself to pieces and put myself back together. I liked the result so much and it was tangible that I wanted to lead others through similar processes that lead to personality development and reconciliation, so I completed the RED trainer training. With many years of EQ training behind me, I effectively help my clients through a wide variety of life situations, career crises, relationship problems, identity crises, and unprocessed loss experiences.
In addition to practice, it is essential for me that my theoretical and professional knowledge is thorough and up-to-date, which is why I graduated from the University of Pécs with a BA in psychology. I am currently training as a psychodrama assistant.
I feel that by integrating practical and theoretical knowledge, I have found the way of working with which my clients see themselves, understand everything that happens to them and are able to develop successfully and permanently.
I deeply believe that freedom, the courage to accept our vulnerability is the key to existence. Dare to be self-identified, dare to be who we are without lies and drama, this also means dignity, respect for myself, that I am neither more nor less, I am just good enough, equal to the others. I would like to point out that the person who comes to me has to want the change, I do not work for them, I do not give a ready-made solution, that is to each their own, but I am by their side without judgement, with complete acceptance and patience, and I help them to reach the set goal with the most suitable method for them , to the desired state.
My clients' feedback is encouraging and has confirmed that this is a necessary and good way to go. I found myself in it, I experienced that what I do is useful for others.
I consider myself lucky because I was able to live in several countries. During this time, I also worked there, holding individual EQ development. The most decisive were the 4 years I spent in the United Arab Emirates. I had the opportunity to get to know the language and culture of the given country, while establishing my openness and curiosity with which I approach people from cultures and customs that are very foreign to me. I use this experience every day in my work as a trainer.
