About me

Change is both a loss and a gain. For a sailing ship, the wind means progress, if the good wind disappears, then the sailboat does not move forward. A resilient person rarely thinks of himself as a victim, he is able to regain the freedom to act in a short period of time. He accepts the headwind, he has the courage and strength to act. Resilience can be learned and developed.

I first encountered psychology while preparing for a career as an English language teacher at Pannon University. Here I learned about Jung's psychological views, which have been close to me ever since.
I found the RED method in an emotionally charged situation. I took myself to pieces and put myself back together. I liked the result so much and it was tangible that I wanted to lead others through similar processes that lead to personality development and reconciliation, so I completed the RED trainer training. Within the framework of the Red Academy, with many years of EQ training behind me and a lot of practice, I have effectively helped my clients through the most diverse life situations, career crises, relationship problems, and identity crises. During this time, I was the co-creator of the development of the Lelki Fittness EQ-based method.
In addition to practice, it is essential for me that my theoretical and professional knowledge is also thorough and up-to-date, which is why I completed a BA in psychology at the University of Pécs. I am currently training as a psychodrama assistant.
I feel that by integrating practical and theoretical knowledge, I have found the way of working with which my clients see themselves, understand everything that happens to them, and are able to develop successfully and permanently.
I deeply believe that the courage to accept our vulnerability is the key to existence. Let's dare to be who we are, without pretending, this also means dignity, respect for myself, that I am neither more nor less, I am just good enough, equal to the others.
I emphasize that I do not provide ready-made solutions, I am non-judgemental and fully accepting of those who come to me, I help them to reach the set goal and desired state with the most suitable method for them.
The feedback from my clients is encouraging and has confirmed that it is necessary and a good way to go. I found myself in it. I have experienced that what I do is useful for others.
I consider myself lucky because I was able to live in several countries. During this time, I also worked there, holding individual EQ development. The most decisive were the 4 years I spent in the United Arab Emirates. I had the opportunity to get to know the language and culture of the given countries, while establishing my openness and curiosity, with which I approach people from cultures and customs that are very foreign to me. I use this experience every day in my work as a trainer.

I believe that in the short term, silence or laughing may seem like a solution to a problem, but in the long term, it certainly isn't. Long-term happiness requires crying first. You can't get away with this.

In my work, I often experience that my clients are mostly prevented from being themselves by their fears. I think it's worth the courage to live with dignity.
